We are changing over to an electronic archive. New material associated with each case will be recorded only in electronic format in our electronic archive as from September 2009.
Our clients and colleagues may communicate with us as before, e.g. by letter, fax, e-mail or telephone. Material received in paper format will be scanned and saved in electronic format in our electronic archive after which the paper material will normally be destroyed.
Our attorneys will be pleased to answer your questions regarding archiving issues.
