National search reports in connection with CTM applications

The number of national search reports will decrease in connection with CTM applications

The number of optional national search reports will drop to twelve as from January 1, 2009 when Ireland, Portugal, Sweden and United Kingdom decided to opt out the Community Search system. In the year 2009 national search reports can thus be requested in the following countries: Bulgaria, Czech Republic, Denmark, Greece, Spain, Lithuania, Hungary, Austria, Poland, Romania, Slovak Republik and Finland. The search request must be made at the same time as filing the application.
