Implementation of changes in the USPTO Rules delayed

The implementation of the changes to the rules intended to go into effect in the USA on November 1, 2007 has been postponed for the time being because, on October 31, 2007, the United States District Court for the Eastern District Court of Virginia issued an injunction enjoining the USPTO from implementing these rule changes.
